![]() Just recently my husband and I decided to take the kids to see the circus. It was a great experience for my kids and as adults, we had a pretty good time too! Here are just a few things I learned from watching the circus: As a two-year old or an 85 year old: Clowns can be pretty scary. Period. My Yoga Poses aren't as cool as I thought.... My well-trained/well behaved dogs, aren't well trained and well behaved... Popcorn, Cotton Candy & light-up swords are way cooler than the caged animals playing patty cake with the ring masters. And, no-one and I mean no-one looks good in metallic spandex unless you're a circus acrobat! Just a few more items to think about: Shows after 6pm aren't for a two-year old. The four-year old was just fine with that time slot. Go for the V.I.P section tickets, you get to see a better view of the show! The extra few bucks is well worth the cost of the tickets. Eat well before you go, cost of food is crazy expensive. Popcorn and funnel cakes aren't a food group. And yes, buy the light up toys for the kids to enjoy throughout the show! Have a great weekend!
